Warehouse FAQs

How quickly can you build a warehouse?

A typical single-unit warehouse (500 to 2,000 m) takes 16 to 24 weeks from foundations to handover. Larger logistics facilities take 6 to 12 months. Pre-engineered steel buildings can reduce timescales significantly.

Do you handle planning for warehouse developments?

Yes. We manage the full planning process including pre-application discussions, flood risk assessments, transport assessments, ecological surveys, and noise impact assessments, all common requirements for warehouse planning applications.

Can you build on contaminated or brownfield sites?

Absolutely. We regularly build on brownfield sites and can manage ground investigation, remediation, and validation as part of the project. This often makes previously unusable land viable for warehouse development.

What about mezzanine floors?

We install mezzanine floors for additional storage, office space, or picking areas above the main warehouse floor. They're a cost-effective way to double your usable space without extending the building footprint.
