How long does a full restaurant fit-out take?

A complete fit-out from shell-and-core typically takes 8 to 14 weeks depending on size and complexity. Fast-casual concepts with simpler kitchens can be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. We always work backwards from your target opening date.

Do you install commercial kitchen equipment?

We install all the infrastructure, gas, water, electrics, extraction, drainage, and coordinate with your kitchen equipment supplier for seamless integration. We don't supply the equipment itself but we make sure it fits and works perfectly.

Can you help with planning permission for extraction?

Yes. Commercial kitchen extraction often requires planning permission, especially in residential areas. We handle the planning application including noise assessments and odour reports where needed.

Do you do multi-site restaurant rollouts?

Yes. We can replicate your restaurant concept across multiple locations with consistent quality and branding. We develop a standardised specification pack that ensures every site looks and performs the same.
