How long does a typical project take?

Project timelines vary depending on scope. A single-storey extension typically takes 8 to 12 weeks, while a full new build can take 6 to 9 months. We always provide a detailed timeline before work begins.

Do you handle planning permission?

Yes, we manage the entire planning and building regulation process on your behalf. Our team has extensive experience working with local planning authorities across Stockport, Manchester, and Cheshire.

What if I want to make changes during the build?

We understand that ideas evolve. Any changes are discussed with your project manager, priced transparently, and only proceed with your written approval. We never make changes without your consent.

How do payments work?

Payments are staged and tied to agreed milestones in the programme. You only pay for completed work. All payment terms are clearly set out in our contract before work begins.
