Can you fit out an office while we're still working in the building?
Yes, we regularly carry out phased fit-outs in occupied buildings. We work floor by floor or zone by zone to minimise disruption, with temporary hoarding and out-of-hours working where needed.
What's the difference between Cat A and Cat B?
Cat A is the landlord's base specification, raised floors, suspended ceilings, basic M&E. Cat B is the tenant's workplace fit-out, partitions, reception, kitchen, meeting rooms, branding, and everything that makes the space yours.
How long does a typical office fit-out take?
A Cat B fit-out of a typical 5,000 sq ft office takes 6 to 10 weeks. Larger or more complex projects with bespoke joinery, AV systems, and server rooms take 12 to 16 weeks. We always provide a detailed programme at tender stage.
Do you provide furniture and IT?
We don't supply furniture or IT directly, but we work closely with furniture dealers and IT contractors to ensure the build is coordinated with furniture delivery and data/power provisioning.
