Can you work on a hotel while it remains open to guests?
Yes. We regularly carry out phased refurbishments in occupied hotels, working floor-by-floor to keep rooms available. We implement strict noise and dust control, and schedule disruptive works during low-occupancy periods.
Do you work to branded hotel specifications?
Yes. We're experienced in delivering to major brand standards including Premier Inn, Holiday Inn, Best Western, and Hilton. We follow brand-specific fit-out guides for FF&E, materials, and colour palettes.
How long does a hotel build typically take?
A new-build hotel of 50 to 80 rooms typically takes 12 to 18 months. Full refurbishments of existing hotels take 6 to 12 months depending on phasing. We programme around seasonal demand peaks.
Can you help with fire safety for sleeping-risk buildings?
Absolutely. Hotels are classified as sleeping-risk buildings requiring enhanced fire strategies. We deliver compartmentation, fire doors, alarm and detection systems, emergency lighting, and sprinklers in compliance with BS 9999.
