Health & Safety
Safety is non-negotiable. We maintain the highest H&S standards across every project, every day.
Safety at the Heart of Everything
At Cheadle Construction, the health and safety of our workers, clients, and the public is our number one priority. Every construction site we manage operates under a comprehensive H&S management system that meets and exceeds all current UK regulations.
We are proud to be CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) accredited, and we fully comply with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015). Our H&S record is exemplary, and we continuously invest in training and improvement.

Health & Safety FAQs
Is the site safe for my family during the build?
Absolutely. We install secure hoardings, maintain clear walkways, and conduct daily hazard checks. Your safety and comfort are always prioritised throughout the construction process.
What H&S certifications do you hold?
We are CHAS accredited, CDM 2015 compliant, and all operatives hold valid CSCS cards. We also carry 10M public liability and employers' liability insurance.
How do you manage dust and noise?
We use dust sheets, extraction systems, and water suppression to minimise dust. We adhere to local authority noise restrictions and communicate working hours to neighbours in advance.
What happens if there's an incident on site?
We have a comprehensive incident response plan, first aiders on every site, and a thorough investigation process. Our zero-accident target drives continuous improvement in all our safety practices.
