Can you build a factory while our existing production continues?
Yes, we regularly carry out factory expansions and new builds on operational sites. We implement strict segregation, dust and noise control, and phased handover plans to minimise disruption to your production.
Do you install specialist production equipment?
We don't install production machinery directly, but we build the foundations, utility connections, containment, and infrastructure that your equipment suppliers need. We coordinate closely with equipment installers to ensure seamless integration.
What about future expansion?
We design with expansion in mind, positioning structural grids, services, and external works to allow future extension of the building without disrupting existing operations. Steel frame construction makes expansion particularly straightforward.
Can you help with environmental compliance?
Yes. We work with environmental consultants to ensure your factory meets all permit requirements including noise limits, air quality, drainage, and waste management. We can also incorporate sustainability features like rainwater harvesting and solar PV.
