Do you do small exterior repairs or only large jobs?
We do both. Whether it's replacing a few slipped tiles, repointing a small section of brickwork, or a complete exterior refurbishment, no job is too small or too large.
Can you work on listed or conservation properties?
Yes. We have experience maintaining listed buildings and properties in conservation areas. We use appropriate materials (lime mortar, traditional render, heritage-appropriate paints) and can liaise with conservation officers.
Is scaffolding always needed?
Not always. Many jobs can be done from ladders or cherry pickers. If scaffolding is needed, it's included in our quotation and we arrange everything including council footpath licences if required.
How often should I have my home's exterior checked?
We recommend an annual exterior inspection, ideally in spring after winter weather. This identifies small issues before they become expensive problems. We offer inspection reports as part of our service.
